We have customers who wish to hide their jewelry, gold and silver. And we have other customers who wish to hide their weapons or financial paperwork. Nearly everyone has something they prefer to keep private and hidden away. So when we began this business, we decided to add a compartment of some sort to every piece we made. Some customers know in advance and request certain sized compartments for specific items. And other customers don’t know the compartments are there until the piece is delivered. It never fails to be a fun surprise for a new owner who was unaware. And in fact it tends to bring them back wanting yet another piece just for that reason.
While it would be a wonderful thing to live in a perfect world and not have to hide your valuables, we realize that the world isn’t what it once was in terms of security and safety.
